What does the Tata Maintenance Plan cover?
All costs associated with the replacement or repair of parts through normal wear and tear inclusive of labour.
All services as stipulated by your Tata Owner’s Manual Service Schedule, inclusive of labour.
Please note that all Maintenance Plans are subject to Tata Financial Service’s Terms and Conditions which are available on request.The Maintenance Plan also covers parts and items included in the Tata Service Plan.
What doesn’t the Tata Maintenance Plan cover?
Warranty related repairs
Any modifications to the car
Any item not fitted to the vehicle when originally manufactured
Replacements of non-genuine parts on the car
The vehicle must be purchased through an approved dealer and have a full service history in order to qualify for a Maintenance Plan.
All maintenance repairs must be done by an approved dealer.
Is the Tata Maintenance Plan transferable?
On condition that the vehicle is sold before the plan expires, the Maintenance Plan is transferable with the vehicle to a new owner.
When does the contract expire?
Expiry is subject to the term and kilometres selected.
What is the cost of the Maintenance plan?
The cost of a Maintenance plan is calculated on the specifications of the Tata model, as well as on the period of contract and kilometres that the plan is taken out for.

What is the process of getting my vehicle serviced?
Book your vehicle in at an approved dealer
Make sure to inform the dealership that the car has a plan
The dealer will then contact Tata Financial Services for authorisation to proceed
