Brilliant Service and support  from TATA Paarl

After I washed and vacuumed my car ‘Tata Indica LXI’ it refused to start.

I phoned the service manager at my local Tata branch in Paarl Mr Koch on his cell, after he gave me his card with his cell number after the last service. May I add my car was clean , on time and blown light bulbs were replaced after they asked my permission. Mr Koch asked a couple of questions about the behaviour of the car and how it responded to some tests.  He then said not to worry and reminded me about the safety fuel pump and eagerly guided me until the car had started.  I probably bumped the switch by accident with the vacuum nozzle and caused it to disengage.

I would like to thank Mr Koch for his eager after hours service and unconditional friendly assistance.
After horrible previous experiences form other dealers of multi franchise service centers, this service and customer care was super.

This is tops!

In this age of consumer righteousness , we are so quick to complain about bad service and poor products , yet we very seldom give credit when credit is due.

In light of this, I wish to commend TATA and Port Elizabeth multi franchise on their excellent service – their outstanding product, and last but not least their exceptional after sales service.

I bought my Tata LSI in May 2007, and have not regretted my purchase for a single moment. From the very moment i picked up the phone to begin enquiries as to the purchase of a vehicle, I have been the recipient of service excellence.

The sales manager, Morne Koen is one of the most professional competent persons I have met in a very long time. Coming from me this is a very high praise indeed, as I am one of the worst customers to have. I am demanding , I insist on excellent service and I am very particular about the product or service I am purchasing.

The purchase of my vehicle (including finance arrangements and application forms) took a total of 2 days. From that moment on I was, and still am the proudest owner of a Tata vehicle out there.

Although I am not a motoring or vehicle expert, I do insist on getting value for my money. With my TATA i have got more that my value for my money. My Tata is almost a year old, and I have had absolutely no problems with the vehicle. The minor issues(which include an annoying squeak or 2) have been dealt with in the most satisfactory manner. I have never dealt with service personal such as those at Port Elizabeth multi franchise who are willing to constantly go the extra mile to please their customers.

There are many varied options out there regarding TATA as a brand but I will always be a TATA fan. Tata will always be the value for money brand that I would recommend to ANYONE and I do hope that letters and opinions such as mine will go a long way to changing public perceptions about the brand.

You will not find a more dedicated workshop , more professional service personnel, more competent and friendly frontline staff and management and you will have to go very far to find a better sales manager than Morne koen.

Since I submitted my query on the Tata website, my experience with getting my Tata Indica has been wonderful. Leoni  from Tata East Rand called me, arranged to see m. Henry called to see if someone had called me. In fact, 2 sales people called me from Tata






I went to another manufacturer before Tata on Saturday, 23 June. The sales person never let me look at any vehicles, he was not friendly, he was quiet cold.

When I got to Tata, was met outside by Leoni, she asked me to look around the show room, see which car I liked while she evaluates my old car for trade in. She was always friendly, has been helpful from the word go. Since I have left the dealership, she has kept in contact with me. Letting me know what is happening with my deal, with the car, every step of the way.

It has been a great pleasure doing business with Tata East Rand!

Last year I bought a TATA INDICA MENLYN shopping Centre. The sales man was Stephen and his no is 0826238119 (if it is still the same). He was the reason I bought the vehicle. The manager at Menlyn is arrogant and do not have people skills, yet Stephen cept me impressed in the way he made my wife and myself realize that the vehicle will be value for money.

So we bought the small diarnorid as its 13 months and we only had comfort and even when the vehicle was serviced the people were amazed that we only compliment the vehicle. The people that arrange the services gave me a little negative view as they noted that allot of people complain on small problems and that I am lucky.
I was amazed as my best friend Mr Loots also bought the same TATA and he also did not have any complaints. My vehicle was serviced and I had a small problem that when I brake the brake shutters TATA where it was serviced noted that the drums need machining and I told them it was like this from the beginning. I did not had the money as I really expected that they will rectify the problem as the vehicle is still under guarantee. The km’s is now +- 12000km and I left it as they said it was for my account?

Still my experience was not badasI enjoyed the vehicle everytime I have used it.

I am going to buy another TATA for myself and that was the reason why I have logged onto your BRILLIANT SITE.
THE NEXT MORNING I WAS CONTACTED BY HENRY THAT HAVE FOLLOWED UP 4 TIMES ANDTHIS IMPRESS ME ONCE AGAIN.

The service from you at carfind, as well from Muhammed at Tata has been great. The website was impressive too Easy to use, and simple to understand. My only minor complaint would bethat the colour of the car in the picture didn’t match the colour I chose to get pricing and specs. Its not meant to, but it would be nice if it did.

The best thing about the website was that you followed up my request with a call.
